TO ORDER ONLINE
RUGS:                                  Some
rugs are available from stock, others are made specially to
order.
Please
email, specifying the rug inwhich you are interested, and
shall advise of availability / delivery times etc.
If
your RUG is in stock:We
shall send you an invoice and you can either choose to send
a cheque (made payable to TOY CULTURE) or if convenient you
are welcome to call into the gallery to pay and collect. If
you would prefer to pay online via paypal, we shall send you
a PAYPAL invoice directly to your email address. Shipping
costs will be added where neccessary.
If
your RUG is being made to order:If
the rug is not in stock, we shall invoice you for fifty per
cent of the total cost of the rug. You can either choose to
send a cheque (made payable to TOY CULTURE) or if you would
prefer to pay online via paypal, we shall send you a PAYPAL
invoice directly to your email address. Just prior to the
rug's completion, an invoice will be sent for the balance,
and shipping costs where necessary.

OTHER
PRODUCTS:                          Ordering
online can be completed simply and securely using PAYPAL,
a widely recognised and respected third party company, which
specialises in processing online credit card transactions,
via its secure server. When you place an online order
with TOYCULTURE using PAYPAL, we do not have access to your
credit card details. PAYPAL is free to sign up with and all
you need is an email address and a valid credit or debit card.
Your credit / debit card will not be charged until your purchase
is ready for shipping.

Postage
for orders to be delivered within the UK are calculated automatically
through paypal. The additional postage for orders to be delivered
outside the UK will be invoiced separately.
Alternatively,
ordering can be done by post, and payment made by Cheque,
Postal Order, and is acceptable in UK-Pound Sterling only.
Orders paid for by Cheque, Postal Order, or International
Money Order will be sent on clearance of funds.

RETURNS
POLICY
Goods will only be exchanged or refunded if they are damaged
or faulty. You must inform us of any damage or fault within
48 hours of receiving your order. Goods should not be returned
without having contacted us first.
